PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
This product is a sulfur, phosphorus, nitrogen type gear oil package. With good antioxidation, antirust and antiwear property, this product is featured by low dosage, high cost effect and applicability. It has excellent compatibility with various base oil, especially for the hydrotreated oil market.

BLENDING PROCESS
Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam, demulsifier (Industrial gear oil has demulsification requirement), PPD and VII successively and then add the corresponding dosage of KTG-208 after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION
Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
