PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is formulated with inactive sulfur containing oiliness additive, antioxidant, antirust and antiwear agent. Featured by light color and low odor, it is suitable for blending various lubricant for precision machine tool guideway, as well as impact vibration (or load) lubrication at friction point, which can decrease the crawling-sliding when sliding at low speeds.

BLENDING PROCESS

Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam and demulsifier successively and PPD, VII according to requirement and then add the corresponding dosage of KTSW-015 after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

This product is used for blending slide way oil with viscosity grade of 32, 68, 100, 150.
Recommended dosage: 2.5%.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
