PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product is formulated with detergent, dispersant, oxidation & corrosion inhibitor. With good dispersancy and antioxidation property, it can prevent the formation of high temperature deposit and paint film. Meanwhile, it has good anticorrosion and antirust property, can meet the strict requirement of railroad engine and protect the locomotive effectively for a long time.

BLENDING PROCESS

Select proper base oil, blend and heat up to 65±5℃. Add appropriate amount of antifoam, PPD and VII successively and then add the corresponding dosage of KTER-3415 after constant temperature blending evenly. Keep constant temperature blending evenly until qualified.

PRODUCT FEATURE

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

This product can be used for blending railroad engine oil (Generation V.) at 15.6% in proper base oil, which can meet the requirement of railroad locomotive with heavy duty and high thermal intensity such as DF4D. Comparing with Generation IV railroad engine oil, it is more applicable for the raising speed railroad locomotive.

PACKING, STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

Please observe the SH/T 0164 standard and the MSDS of this product when storing, shipping, handling and using this product. It is nonflammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The highest storage temperature shall not exceed 75℃. For long term storage, the highest temperature shall not more than 45℃.
